This Privacy Policy explains how LATec (“we”, “us”) handles information in the Color Snake Sort mobile game (the “Game”). The short version: the Game does not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The Game does not ask you to create an account, does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal data, and does not send any data to us.
Data stored on your device
To remember your progress, the Game saves a small amount of game data locally on your device, such as which levels you have unlocked and completed and which special snakes you have collected. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. It is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Advertising, analytics and in-app purchases
The Game does not show ads, does not include analytics or tracking tools, and does not offer in-app purchases. We do not use advertising identifiers and do not track you across apps or websites.
Third-party services
The Game does not integrate any third-party services that collect personal data. The app store you download the Game from (for example Google Play or the Apple App Store) may collect information under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Internet access
The Game works fully offline and does not need an internet connection to play.
Children’s privacy
The Game is suitable for all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).
Your rights
Since we do not hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can erase all locally saved game data at any time by uninstalling the Game or clearing its app data in your device settings.
Changes to this policy
If the Game changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example by adding ads, analytics or online features, we will update this policy and the “Last updated” date above before the change is released.
